Privately and professionally trained, to the highest standard and in all aspects of Makeup Artistry. Lydia began her makeup career (soon after graduation) with MAC Cosmetics, the ‘world’s leading professional makeup authority’ and has worked for the brand in various roles both in the UK and Ireland. Lydia has worked backstage and supported many brand events (including body painting events) and launches over the years.
Lydia is now however (and has been for the last 2 years) proudly a cruelty free/ vegan only artist…supporting only cruelty free/ vegan brands in both her own lifestyle & beauty choices and in her professional makeup kit and across all blog content.

Lydia also teaches and has facilitated many workshops, masterclasses, one to one and group lessons, from beginner to advanced and for aspiring Makeup Artists and novices alike. Makeup education is one of Lydia’s main strengths and one of the areas she is most passionate about. She believes that with the right guidance and education, any client of any ability can master their chosen skill.
